RETURNS & REFUNDS
Impossible Conversations does not provide any refund on any items purchased from the online shop and all sales are final.
All of our items are made to order personally for you, so for that reason any package that is returned will not be refunded. As every item is unique for each individual customer, we cannot change your size for you. If an item is returned because it was not collected or the address was wrong, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.
An item cannot be returned if the size is wrong because as stated above, each item is personally made for each individual customer. Please check the sizing page before purchase.
We use Royal Mail to ship our packages, whether it be inside the UK or worldwide. Once we have given your parcel to Royal Mail, it is up to them to deliver it safely. Once the package is in their hands, we are no longer responsible for it. Proof of postage will be shown to anyone who does not receive their package. Tracking numbers are available on request.

When your order is made, the item(s) you bought will be shipped
within 10 business days depending on your location. We now provide tracking on most orders outside the UK, and signed for delivery for inside the UK.
Please wait patiently for your items to be received, as it may take anywhere from 3-20 days to receive your products depending on your location. This may be slightly longer during the Christmas season.
Please make sure you provide us with a correct address, as if you provide us with a wrong address and we send the item to that address, we cannot refund you and you will have to purchase again. If an item is returned, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Impossible Conversations. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. We have no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the UK. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.
